GET TO KNOW ME
Mayor Casey McKeon is a third-generation Huntington Beach resident, business owner, husband, and father whose life and work are deeply rooted in the community he serves. A commercial real estate professional, Casey specializes in renovating and revitalizing neighborhood shopping centers—work that strengthens local economic corridors and preserves the character of Huntington Beach. His redevelopment of the shopping center at the southeast corner of Warner Avenue and Springdale Street—directly across from his family’s longtime business, the Beef Palace Butcher Shop—reflects both his commitment to local investment and his belief that strong communities are built block by block. Elected to City Council in 2022 and currently serving as Mayor, Casey brings a family and builder’s mindset to public service, focused on accountability, results, and long-term impact. He lives in southeast Huntington Beach with his wife of ten years, Josephine, their two sons, Liam and Brady, and their French Bulldog, Hank.

PUBLIC SAFETY
Since being elected in 2022, Crime is down 26% and we’ve achieved all time homeless reduction numbers in our City’s history. I’m running for re-election to secure the safety of our community for years to come so that our Mother’s feel safe walking around town at night and our children can play outside until after the street lights come on.
ECONOMIC GROWTH
Our Streamline HB program cut the red tape at City Hall and increased permits issued by 23% year over year. As a private business owner, I’m running for re-election to strengthen and highlight our local businesses, attract new business investment, create a financial pathway to keep our families in Huntington Beach and secure our local economy for years to come.
LOCAL CONTROL
A fierce defender of Local Control, I’m fighting to protect our City from Sacramento’s overreach and secure our suburban beach community for future generations.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
As Mayor, I love interacting with our residents, listening to their concerns and solving issues that arise. I’m passionate about returning Huntington Beach to the fun, united and thriving City I grew up in as a kid.
QUALITY OF LIFE
Quality of life is one of the clearest signs of whether local government is doing its job. Safe neighborhoods, clean streets, strong schools, and support for families and small businesses are the foundation of a strong community. Protecting that foundation is one of my top priorities.
